The Bothma family celebrates 85 years since first setting foot in Lesotho, becoming part of the nation's story as fourth-generation immigrants. Over the decades, they have not only built thriving businesses, but also created jobs, opportunities, and brought stability to thousands of Basotho families.

The LSP Growth Engine is their way of giving back; a living tribute to the people that have made this journey possible. This programme will recruit 30 unemployed graduates who have been seeking employment for over a year, placing them across LSP Holdings and its related partners.

Built on community, hard work, and innovation; values that have guided the Bothma family for nearly a century, the Growth Engine offers a transformative experience that empowers young graduates to create their own employment opportunities through entrepreneurship.

Currently unemployed
